TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply when you engage arc to organise or deliver an experience.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once experience details are agreed in writing. Payment terms, including timing and amounts, will be confirmed as part of the booking process.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the experience, venue, or partner involved. If changes are required due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to adjust or reschedule where possible.
Venues and partner hosts
Arc works with third party venues, coaches, and hosts to deliver experiences. Venues are responsible for their facilities and health and safety procedures. Hosts are responsible for leading activities safely and professionally. Arc coordinates the experience and will communicate any relevant requirements ahead of time.
Health and safety
Some experiences involve physical activity. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to take part and for following instructions provided by hosts or venue staff. Activities may be adjusted, paused, or modified where required for safety or wellbeing.
Liability
Participation in experiences is at the discretion of each attendee. To the extent permitted by law, arc is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in an experience, except where required by law.
Photography
From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during experiences. Anyone who prefers not to be photographed should notify arc in advance.
Additional costs
Any additional items not included in the agreed booking, such as catering or add ons, will be discussed and invoiced separately.
Detailed event specific terms will be provided and confirmed prior to booking.
