HELPING TEAMS
CONNECT
OUR STORY
A LITTLE ON HOW ARC
CAME ABOUT
Arc came from noticing how much it affects teams when connection starts to drop. When people do not feel supported, hesitate to ask questions, or lose a shared sense of direction, it shows up pretty quickly in how they feel and how they work together.

Movement has always been a big part of my life. Sport, daily walks, Pilates. I notice the difference it makes to my headspace and energy, and I know a lot of people feel the same. When people move together or take part in something social, connection tends to happen without forcing it.
That got me thinking about teams. How shared experiences, especially ones centred around wellbeing, could help people connect in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. I started reaching out to local facilities, padel and tennis courts, golf venues, Pilates studios, and building a range of experiences that actually feel worth people’s time.

Time and ideas are often the biggest blockers for teams. Having a growing list of options in one place takes the pressure off. Teams can focus on showing up and being part of the session, rather than organising everything around it.
This is still the beginning for arc, but the aim stays simple. To create experiences that support wellbeing and help teams spend better time together.
