​Organising a team experience doesn't need to feel complicated. We keep the process simple, flexible, and led by conversation, so you can get a clear picture before deciding anything.
INTITIAL CHAT
We start with a short, no pressure chat.​ This is a chance to walk through how arc works, talk through our overall approach, and answer any questions you might have.
It helps you understand whether what we do feels right for your team.
UNDER-
STANDING
YOUR TEAM
If you are interested in moving forward, we then talk through your team in a bit more detail.

This includes numbers, timing, and what you are hoping to get out of the experience. This helps shape the right options from the start.
TEAM INPUT
Some teams like to gather input from their people. If helpful, we can share a short, 60 second questionnaire you can pass on to the team. This gives insight into interests, comfort levels, abilities, and what people would or would not like to try.
This step is optional and used only if it adds value.
CHOOSING THE EXPERIENCE
Based on what we know about your team, we suggest a small number of suitable experiences.

These are chosen to work for your group size, schedule, and mix of personalities and abilities. You choose what feels right.
PLANNING & DETAILS
Once the experience is confirmed, we take care of the planning. This includes coordinating with the venue, confirming timing, and sharing clear details you can pass on to your team.

EVENT DAY
An experienced host runs the session. The team settles in, gets involved, and enjoys the time together.
